We offer an advice and vaccination service for travellers. It is important when you are planning to travel abroad that you make an appointment with a Practice Nurse 6 to 8 weeks before you travel. Our travel appointments are very popular and do get booked up quickly, particularly over the summer months, so it is best to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
In order for the Nurse to carry out a full risk assessment on where you are travelling to, we ask that you complete a travel form and bring this with you to your appointment.
The travel form may be downloaded and printed from our website below or is available to collect from reception.
Please be aware that there are charges for some travel vaccinations. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in services provided by the NHS.
If you need contraception we are happy to discuss the options available and help you choose the best methods for you. We provide a full range of contraceptive services including pills, injections, implants and coils.

Thre results of your screening test may take several weeks to come through and will be sent to you via post.
